Open Lighting Project News
Arduino RGB Mixer now supports RDM 17/4/11
A new version of the Arduino RGB Mixer has been released which nows supports RDM. The DMX start address can be set and the device also incorporates a temperature sensor.
OLA on Windows with VMWare 29/1/11
A OLA VMWare Tutorial has been added which describes how to setup OLA on Windows PCs using VMWare.
RDM Parameter Index Launched 19/1/11
The Open Lighting Pid Store holds an index of Manufacturer specific RDM PIDs. This data is freely available for download from the site.
libartnet running on iPads 16/9/10
Thanks to Tobi Schäfer, libartnet is now running on Apple iPads. Instructions are at IPad ArtNet Node.
OLA 0.8.0 released, now with RDM 7/8/10
OLA 0.8.0 is the first release to support RDM. The instructions at RDM with OLA explain how to get started with RDM, even if you don't own any RDM devices.
OLA now running on the GuruPlug 21/5/10
OLA 0.7.4 has been released, and ARM packages for the GuruPlug are now available. OLA now supports 9 USB to DMX devices.
OLA for Max/MSP Released 13/4/10
OlaOutput allows Max to communicate with OLA. See the OlaOutput Max External tutorial on how to set this up.
