User facing changes

  • (Optional) HTTP server with web interface for configuration
  • Web based DMX console
  • Support for embedding the OLA server within other programs
  • OS X support
  • Port-Universe patchings are now saved between server restarts
  • Removed dependence on libshownet and libespnet
